Jon McRae moved to the Sunshine Coast in 1973 and joined the Real Estate Profession in 1975. He has been active in the Community over the years with extensive involvement in the Chamber of Commerce and other non- profit organizations; with an ongoing desire to improve the quality of life and life style options for the residents of the Sunshine Coast. Over his 36 year career in Real Estate Jon has been involved in many development projects from Subdivisions to Condos, and is especially proud of his role in the creation of Gibsons Marina. He was elected for 2 terms as a Regional Board Director with the S.C.R.D. Working on Sechelt Restructure, and the development of the first 10 Year Water Plan for the Region are among the many gratifying projects that he had the opportunity to contribute in. Jon has been married to wife Pam for 26 years, and she introduced him to the Horses and Farm Life, that provide a balance to the hectic career of Real Estate. With his horses Breeze, and Zillionaire; he enjoys quiet trail rides and the thrill of competitive horse jumping both on and off the Coast. Jon is dedicated to his profession and welcomes the opportunity to practice "Match-up" realty.
